World HMV Day – Dianne Whalley

Hi, I’m Diane Whalley, I work for the Home Vent team in Newcastle.

I am a Healthcare assistant

I have worked for the team for 8 years

I previously worked for Northeast Ambulance Service as a 999-call operator.

The main roles of my job are completing mask reviews, making sure that every patient gets the perfect fitting mask, and I also take out and download TOSCAS.

The part of my job I enjoy most, is seeing patients face to face especially in the home environment and trying to help them as much as possible.

My desert island luxury would be coffee.
