ACTION REQUIRED – Patient Survey – shaping the future of care

The Clinical Research Collaboration (CRC), supported by the European Respiratory Society (ERS) has launched a survey which aims to improve patient care for those using Home Mechanical Ventilation.

If you are a patient using long-term ventilation and you would like to shape patient care for the future, please consider taking part in this survey.

The results will support a new International project, IMPORTANCE (Implications of Positive Airway Pressure and Home Mechanical Ventilation – Towards optimal patient Care).

The survey aims to provide better understanding of how positive airway pressure (PAP) and home mechanical ventilation (HMV) therapies are currently delivered, monitored, and reimbursed across different healthcare systems in Europe and beyond, and explore patients’ preferences to promote evidence-based international guidelines prioritising value-based care.

This survey is available in English, Chinese/Mandarin, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, European Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.
