Hi! I’m Jennifer and I’m the Admin Team Lead for the North East Assisted Ventilation Service. I’ve spent 10 years in the NHS — and I absolutely love what I do.

I found my way into this specialty once I saw how much difference good admin support makes to patient care, I knew this was where I wanted to be.

In my role, I help keep everything running smoothly — from appointments and communication, to supporting our clinical team so patients get what they need, when they need it.

My goal is simple: to make sure patients feels supported, heard, and confident that we’re here for them.”
